This website is operated by Elite Projects.  Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Elite Projects. We provide an online consultation service to assist and cater the individuals and companies who have questions and concerns regarding government transactions. We are a unique organization, accredited by the Ministry of Interior in Qatar, which offers a wide-range of Government communication services from PRO Services, Company Formation, Company Classification, Partnership and any other related transactions. 

Our organization is equipped with experienced professionals who provide assistance and valuable governmental solutions to both individual and corporate clients.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. 
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current online consultation web page shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Elite Projects website will be providing an online PRO consultation service to assist and cater the individuals and companies who have questions and concerns regarding government transactions.

2. This website is a secured platform wherein we manage the confidentiality of all the information given to us by the clients. 

3. This online PRO consultation service is a time-based procedure. Each appointment will be given 30 minutes per session. After the 30 minutes session, whether or not the discussion is finished, the session will automatically be cut. 

4. This service is open to individuals and companies inside and outside Qatar. 

5. The subject of this online PRO Consultation is anything related to government communications services and PRO Services in Qatar. Only subjects related to Government Communication and PRO Services are allowed to be part of the session. Anything non-related to these subjects will not be entertained during online consultation sessions. 

6. This service requires a registration of account wherein you will be provided to fill in your basic information with username and password credentials to be able to book an appointment for online consultation. Only registered members will be allowed to book an online consultation appointment. 

7. Clients are only allowed to book on the availability schedule provided in the website. 

8. All booking of appointment is subject to the approval of Elite Projects Admin. Elite Projects reserves the right to reschedule the appointment at any time for any reason. 

9. Once the appointment schedule and payment are confirmed, an email will be sent with the link and password for the online consultation session. 

10. Clients will receive a reminder through SMS and email 24 hours before your confirmed appointment schedule. 

11. This service allows only video call media via Zoom to perform the online consultation to clients. 

12. All appointment date and time strictly follows Qatar time zone only. 

 

 

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION

1. We also offer a follow up consultation with the same duration of 30 minutes However; client has to book again for this follow up consultation after the first consultation and will not be accommodated on the same date of your existing session. This follow up consultation request should be done within seven (7) days after your initial session. 

2. Requests for follow up consultation shall be booked separately. There is a separate provision or booking link for follow up consultation in the online consultation page. 

3. A follow up consultation must have the same client details when booking an appointment under the same account or else the follow up consultation will not be accommodated. 

4. Follow up consultation is a one-time request only.
